Litigation Support - Lockhart A-27

Hicks Consultants provides expert witness reports, testimony and consultation to plaintiffs and defendants (albeit not in the same case). Mr. Hicks has provided technical assistance on cases involving property damage by subsurface contamination, cost allocation between responsible parties and waste management issues.

We use a team approach in preparing for testimony. Staff scientists will generally review and plot data, collect samples in the field and provide general support for Mr. Hicks. Our technical editor, who evaluates text for consistency of data and readability, always reviews our reports. We use graphic displays and figures in our reports to amplify text and better illustrate our main points.

As an example we have demonstrated that a remedy implemented by our client met all regulatory requirements as part of our support of a litigation case in Santa Fe, NM. Soon after our report was filed, the lawsuit was settled.
