In any given month we complete several Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, and California. Depending on the location, site characteristics, and the client's schedule, we can complete a Phase I in less than three weeks. We give special attention to the past uses of properties with long histories of use. In instances where a Phase II intrusive investigation or ground water monitoring is necessary, we are experienced and capable with these procedures as well.
